The Church as a viable social center

To remain viable in the day of cell phones that direct and cause so much of our activities everyday, Northminster has extended a welcoming hand to the community to use its resources for community needs. We are now a church home for not only our own congregation but three others as well. We share our resources with The Healing Hands Congregation and the Catholic Congregation of Sophia Christi.

Other community groups that call Northminster "home" are; North Portland Health Clinic, Girl Scouts, North Portland Food Buying Club, the Liderkrist Choir, Al-Anon and Alcoholics Anonymous.
